These services are billed based on your activity:

  • Text messages (SMS)

  • Phone calls (inbound and outbound)

  • Marketing emails

  • Phone numbers and carrier-related services

Your base monthly price never changes — you only pay more if you use more.

Light Usage

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional

Required Setup & Compliance

Texting (SMS)

  • A2P registration required: $20 one-time

  • Local phone number: $1.15/month

  • Compliance registration: $3 one-time

    • Text messages:

      • $0.0075 per 160-character segment

      • $0.013 carrier fee per message

    • Optional SMS notifications: $0.0083 per message

  • Texting is disabled until A2P approval

  • Messages must be sent gradually at first to avoid spam

  • Texas phone numbers are not allowed

  • Carriers control approval timing

  • Non-compliance may result in blocked or suspended messaging

Calling

  • Inbound calls: $0.018 per minute

  • Outbound calls: $0.018 per minute

  • Calls can be made from the app or desktop

  • Incoming calls forward to your personal phone

  • Business hours can be set

Email Sending

  • Marketing emails: $0.0007 per email

  • Email notifications: $0.0013 per email

  • Emails are sent from your Gmail or business email
